The upstream gateway attempted to encapsulate the IP datagram onto an Avian Carrier in accordance with RFC 1149 (Standard for the Transmission of IP Datagrams on Avian Carriers). However, the packet delivery has been interrupted at the physical layer.
What can I do?
Implement RFC 2549 (IP over Avian Carriers with Quality of Service) by providing high-grade nutritional supplements (premium birdseed) to the local aviary.
